Lake Stevens Senior Center is available to rent for meetings, parties and reunions at the following times:
Mornings before 9am
Afternoons & Evenings after 4pm
Weekends
Rates:
$75 per hour for first 4 hours
($150 minimum)
$50 per hour after 4 hours
$50-$75 additional flat fee for use of commercial kitchen with building rental (Commercial kitchen only can also be rented at an hourly rate. Contact the office for more details.)
$100 to $250 refundable damage deposit
Rent deposit is due at least 14 days before the event and required to hold your reservation. A one time only banquet permit will be required to serve alcohol at an event.
